Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out how Barden Construction collects, stores and uses your personal information in line with the GDPR. It includes where we collect your information and what we do with it once we have it.

Barden Construction can collect your information the following ways – 

1) By Telephone

2) By Email

3) By Social Media Message

Barden Construction will only ever collect your Name, Address, Email Address, Contact Numbers and Building Drawings/Specifications.

The information collected will be used to arrange appointments, produce a tender, contact clients during the building process and arrange deliveries. On completion of your project your name and address may be used as part of our client contact list for future works. This will only ever be used with your authority. Photos of your property may be used on Social Media to advertise our company but again this will be with your permission and will never be connected online to your Names or Addresses. Your Building Drawings/Specifications may be shared with Sub Contractors and Suppliers at the tendering process to be able to provide you with a quote for your build. Once a contract is signed your contact details may be used by our staff to arrange deliveries to site or arrange meetings with Suppliers. 

Your information can be removed from Barden Construction Email, Client Contact List or Social Media by emailing info@bardenconstruction.co.uk 

By completing our Privacy Policy, you confirm that you have read the policy and give permission for the following –

1) You are happy for us to contact you via telephone and email

2) You are happy for your details to be sent to our sub – contractors and suppliers to be able to produce a tender

3) You are happy for our site managers to be in contact during the building process

4) You are happy to have your details on our client contact list

5) You are happy to be on our Social Media outlet
